My exact Claude prompts.

Run a brand without a big team

Psst. Everything here is free, always. If you want to support us, grab some of our electrolytes or introduce us to a store that would love to sell them. Business owners know business owners! xo Jaye

Jaye, co-founder of Good Livin'

Hey, I'm Jaye. I run Good Livin' with Brett, and I'm documenting every step of building an eight figure brand without an eight figure team. These guides are how I actually do things. Free, always.

Okayyyy. You asked for the prompts, so here are the prompts.

Quick context: I run Good Livin' with Brett. We don't have a marketing team, a designer or a dev. We have Claude. I ran through all my Claude credits on day one of this series, and honestly? Worth it.

These are the exact prompts I use. Swap the bits in [brackets] for your stuff.

First, set it up once

Most people open a blank chat every time and wonder why the answers are generic. Give Claude a home for your brand first. I use the Claude desktop app with a project folder, and it keeps notes about my brand between chats.

1. The brand brain (paste this first, once)
I run [brand], a [what you sell] brand for [who buys it]. I want you to act as my in-house marketing team.

Here's my brand voice: [paste 5-10 lines of how you actually talk, plus words you never use].
Here are my products: [names, prices, links].
Here are things we can never say: [e.g. health claims, competitor names].

Save this as your notes about my brand and use it in everything we make together. Ask me 5 questions about anything you're unsure of before we start.
The line that stops AI copy sounding like AI: "Never use em dashes, never write 'it's not X, it's Y', and never use the words elevate, unlock, journey or game-changing." Add it to every writing prompt. You're welcome.

Email

2. A welcome email series
Write a [5]-email welcome series for people who just joined my list from [where they signed up]. Email 1 sends straight away and delivers [what they signed up for]. The rest go out every [2-3] days. Each email does one job. Give me subject line, preview text and the email, in my voice. End each one with a single clear button.
3. Turn one idea into a week of emails
Here's a voice note transcript of me rambling about [topic]: [paste]. Pull out the 3 strongest ideas and turn each into a short email. Keep my phrases. Cut anything that sounds like a brochure.

Website and landing pages

4. A landing page for one product
Build me a single-page landing page for [product] for people coming from [Instagram ads / a reel]. Sections: hook, what's in it, how to use it, real reviews (I'll paste them), offer, FAQ. Mobile first. One HTML file I can host anywhere. Use my brand colours [hex codes].
5. The claim check (do this before anything goes live)
Read this page as if you were a payment processor and an ad reviewer. Flag every line that could read as a health, income or results claim, and rewrite each one so it describes what the product is instead. [paste copy]

Images and content

6. Image prompts that don't look like stock
Write me 5 image prompts for [product] for Instagram. Vibe: [e.g. hard flash, tight crops, real people, a little attitude]. The product is in the shot but not the hero. No posed product-on-a-table shots.
7. Reel hooks
Here's what my next reel is about: [topic]. Give me 10 hooks for the first 2 seconds. Make 3 of them a little unhinged. I talk to camera, no voiceover.

Content from your customers

8. Turn reviews into captions
Here are 10 real customer reviews: [paste]. Pull out the exact phrases people use about taste, routine and how it fits their day. Then write 5 Instagram captions that use their words, in my voice. No health or results claims.

Running the business

9. My Monday planning prompt
Here's everything on my plate this week: [brain dump]. Sort it into: only I can do it, Claude can do it, and it can wait. For everything in the Claude pile, tell me exactly what to ask you.
10. The 'make it a tool' prompt
I keep doing [repetitive task] by hand every week. Build me a simple tool that does it for me. Ask me questions until you understand exactly how I do it now.

That last one is how I ended up with a reel editor, a dashboard for my mornings and a whole lot of my evenings back.

One more thing

Prompts are the start. The magic is the back-and-forth. Tell it what's off. "Too salesy." "Shorter." "Sounds like a bank." It gets you faster every time.

Psst. This is all free.

Always will be. If you feel like supporting what Brett and I are building, there are two ways that make my whole week:

Grab some of our electrolytes Introduce us to a store

Grab another one
